    Main Responsibilities:

    • To initiate, implement and keep updated all compensation & benefits / reward policies and procedures in accordance with company strategy, all laws and regulations;
    • To advise line management on compensation and benefits issues.
    • To communicate relevant information to employees and answer compensation related questions; 
    • To research, analyze and develop modifications to compensation programs to meet identified organization objectives and needs; 
    • To control headcount and overhead expenses (related with personnel) of the company through establishing of timely and precise reporting system – full cycle of people package cost planning and measuring, analysis;
    • To participate in budget process and allocation of headcount and overhead plan figures to the regions / departments / cost centers;
    • To maintain understanding of external pay markets trends and salary evaluation standards to ensure the Company’s compensation & benefits package remains competitive;
    • To perform market analysis and recommendations, job audits and analysis;
    • To manage grading implementation process;
    • To implement other motivation schemes for employees;
    • To conduct tenders (travel agencies, insurance, sport clubs, etc.);
    •  To ensure the security of HR database and personnel files and apply the Information security and Confidentiality rules according to the Company standards and legislation requirement;
    • To ensure all HRA processes are supported by documentation properly;
    • To monitor and implement updates and amendments to the applicable Legislation;
    • To manage development and optimization of HR administrative procedures;
    • To control the timeliness of information giving to the state Funds (i.e. Pension Fund, Insurance Fund, etc.);
    •  To provide reports on headcount, turnover, retention, new hires and some other HR issues;
    • To control the budget of division
    • To supervise the group of specialists

    Requirements:  

    • Higher education;
    • Work experience: at least 3 years in the similar position;
    • Leadership experience;
    • Fluent English;
    • Knowledge of Russian Labor Legislation;
    • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate ideas and concepts effectively;
