    Job description:

    • The primary function of ITSM (IT Service Management) services' support consultants is to provide in-depth organizational, service management and technological expertise in the area of IT organization and IT processes setup for Mission Critical environments. 
    • ITSM consultants deliver services primarily for existing Mission Critical contracts but also participate in Mission Critical development activity for new customers.
    • Primary area of expertise is assessment of IT processes and organizational setup for customers and preparation of Service Improvement Plans using ITIL best practices, ITSM methodology and HP technology best practices. Thorough technological knowledge and technical skills are constantly used during delivery of assessment services and participation in support for new services' opportunities.
    • Support becomes more and more consultative when customers do not only need technical expertise about current IT infrustructure but also recommendations for improvements and growth in technical and service management areas

    Your profile:

    • Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate)degree in a technical/scientific discipline
    • Above average communication skills
    • ITIL/ITSM knowledge
    • PM knowledge, experience in projects is preferable
    • Analytical problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge management skills:creation and re-use of intellectual capital
    • Broad technology knowledge(UNIX, MS, Networking, Storage, SAN)
    • Product-oriented certificates (e.g.MCSE, CCNA, CSE)
    • Team player: ability and willingness to motivate and support other team members
    • Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models
