    Job description:

    • The primary function of HP Services Mission Critical Hardware Specialist is to provide competent high level support for priority customers, such support includes not only problems’ resolution and repairs in complex environments but also ongoing technical consulting aimed at customers IT infrastructure development and cooperation with customers in new IT projects
    • Mission Critical Specialist should have not only broad knowledge in hardware configurations and tuning opportunities but also be competent in corresponding operation environment like HPUX, Windows, Linux, OpenVMS, have enough technical expertise in connected areas including Oracle configuration and SAN solutions
    • Mission Critical Specialists deliver services primarily for current mission critical contracts but also participate in IT projects for new accounts
    • Support becomes more and more consultative when customers need not only technical support of current infrastructure but also recommendations for improvements and growth. Ability to work in flexible environment, always available to help customers is highly needed

    Уour profile:

    • Bachelor's (undergraduate)degree or Master's (graduate)degree in a technical/scientific discipline
    • Analytical problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge management skills: creation and re-use of intellectual capital
    • Above average communication skills
    • Team player ability and willingness to motivate and support other members of support team
    • Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. shift, call availability, etc.)
    • Product-oriented certificates (e.g. MCSE, HPUX, CISCO)
    • Broad technology knowledge (UNIX, MS, Networking)
    • Products knowledge (HP Storage systems, HP enterprise servers, HP SAN)
