    Job description:
     
    • In this role you’ll be responsible for leading the business acquisition within ITSM solution area/sub-area.
    • You’ll ensure the proper push of key solutions to the industry teams and guarantee that the pursuit of business in those solutions is effective, involving key people to close the deals.
    • You will reuse and enable reuse of collateral in presales and lead the shaping of deals in order to deliver profitable and successful projects.
    Your key responsibilities will be:
    • Achieve target order goals for a specific solution area managing the
      assigned pre-sales budget
    • Lead and prepare proposals related to her/his solution area, reusing available material
    • Coordinate resources from his/her own or other Practices to work on proposals
    • Engage in project of her/his solution area to provide value to Customers
    • Monitor and get feedback from PMs of projects related to solution area to build reusable material
    • Support Account managers in building Client business plan
    • Ensure through a clear plan for his/her solution area that we have: 
      • Consistent, structured, optimized  commercial approach that will fuel the acquisition of new business
      • List of selected target account agreed with Industries
      • Clear and attractive solution value propositions
    Your profile:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    • At least 5-year experience in sales/pre-sales/solutions architecture/project management in the specific solution area
    • Good consultative, solution selling skills
    • Excellent team skills
    • Fluent in English
