Job responsibilities:
Responsible for Rockport Brand development in Russia/CIS,
including Marketing, Retail and Sales:
Marketing field:
- Plan and implement promotion campaigns, including delivery of
POS materials, in close cooperation with Brand/Retail
Marketing
- Range development, in close cooperation with Product
Marketing
- Take care of proper financial planning & analyses of the
products (sales, costs, assortments)
Retail field:
- Implement new merchandising standards in our stores
- Implement new service standards and training for store
employees, with focus on product knowledge and customer service
skills
- Develop sales strategy for Development & Wholesales
Development field:
- Develop a clear sales strategy for our own retail and implement
sales plans
- Participate in the selection of locations for new Rockport
stores, including careful market research of competitors
Wholesales field:
- Develop a clear sales strategy for Wholesales team and
implement sales plans
- Find the accounts, close the contracts and maintain
relationships
- Prepare and participate in dealer meetings
Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Finance, or equivalent;
MBA is a plus
- Fluent English and Russian
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in
Marketing, Sales or Retail, preferably in the Retail or FMCG
industry
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience
- Readiness to business trips
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Presentation skills and personal impact
- Understanding Russian footwear market (mid and hi price point)
