HP ProCurve Networking Business (PNB) is an exciting, fast
growing and profitable business. Our strategy is to use our
investments to deliver highly integrated solutions which
incorporate advanced technology to address mainstream enterprise
network applications with low cost of ownership, open standards,
reliability and predictable performance.
Our target market is medium and large customers who will be
served by efficient channels that are capable of delivering the
support these customers need in consideration, purchase and ongoing
maintenance of our solutions.
To complement the team in Russia we are looking for a sales
professional, who understands sales engagement at highest level of
an organization (CxO) and is able to close network infrastructure
sales together with the assistance of resellers, technical
consultants or HP departments in his assigned territory.
Specifically the key components of the job
are:
- As an End User Account Manager your goal
is to be recognized as an expert in your technology area, you'll be
changing the ways in which companies work, selling business
solutions, not just selling a product
- Engaged in both new business (hunting) and existing accounts
(farming), you'll define and implement sales strategies and plans
that will outperform quota and deliver on target net profit
- As an integral part of the local PNB team, liaising with other
account managers, technical consultants, and partner sales reps
will be key to success. Your role will be to ensure that PNB
delivers the most coherent, best in class networking solutions
our customers could wish for
- Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and monitoring the deal funnel, pending
projects and follow up on sales targets & funnel mgmt
- Working with your Sales Specialist to align the reseller base
to best serve your end user accounts.
- Help to ensure both quota & market share objectives are
met
- Where appropriate, engage with partner's sales and marketing
and support the partner sales team in customer activities
- Directly manage your named Major accounts as well as focused
named partners
Qualifications:
- University degree
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience
- Sound knowledge of IT sales
- Proven sales track record to public sector (mandatory),
successful sales track record to financial institutions
(advantage)
- Networking market knowledge
- Sales track record in the Networking industry and in the
territory
- A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing
skills
- An organized, structured team approach
- Fluent English
